Urovasti is a specialised therapeutic technique from Hela Ayurveda for sternum pain and chest discomfort. For this treatment, a small receptacle is meticulously positioned directly over the affected area. Warm, medicated oil is then gently and periodically poured into this container, allowing it to pool and remain in contact with the skin over the sternum. This sustained application of oil aims to alleviate localised pain and promote general well-being. The procedure involves carefully maintaining the oil’s warmth and continuously replenishing it throughout the session to maximise its therapeutic effect on the underlying tissues causing the distress.
