The Traditional Ayurveda Package begins with a 30-minute consultation with our resident physician to determine your equilibrium – prakurthi – and identify any imbalances in the three doshas.
Based on this assessment, a personalised treatment plan is created, complemented by a tailored dietary regimen grounded in authentic Ayurvedic food values. A daily 10-minute follow-up consultation ensures your program remains responsive and customised to your condition, with adjustments made to treatment methods and treatment duration as needed.
Finally, a schedule of yoga, meditation, and optional recreation supports the healing process, guiding the body and mind toward renewed harmony and lasting well-being.
